Library Rules and Expectations

RULES

  • All backpacks and bags must be left at the front counter.

  • All students must sign in at the front counter.

  • During regular class periods, students must have a library pass. Students will not be allowed to enter without permission for their current period instructor.

  • Voice levels should be kept to a low volume (whisper, table talk).

  • School appropriate language is expected at all times.

  • Food, drinks and gum are not permitted in the library, unless during designated times or with permission

  • Always clean up after yourself.

  • District technology-use agreements and policies must be followed.

Checkout Policies

ID cards (when ready) are needed to check out books

3 books max per checkout

14 day loan period with renewals

Overdue items/fines will suspend library privileges
